Camping
The Clackamas River abounds with camping possibilities. There are a variety of Forest Service campgrounds along the main river as well as dispersed camping in the area. For reservations and other camping information visit the Forest Service website.Some of the most popular sites are listed below.
Lazy Bend Campground
Nice site with good access to the river and flush toilets. Located about 1 mile downstream from where typical summer rafting trips end.
Fish Creek
Great site with excellent river access including a great swimming hole. Located off the main highway so very little road noise.
Indian Henry
Beautiful site with lots of big trees. Limited river access and flush toilets. Located about 1/4 mile away from the beginning of typical full-day Clackamas River trip rafting trips.
